About Us

Italio is open again!

We would like to welcome everyone back and look forward to seeing you all soon. We’ve made some changes to help protect our customers and staff.

There are less tables now and we have implemented social distancing measures around the restaurant. All our staff are health checked daily and cleaning and sanitising measures are even more frequent than before.

Bookings at Italio are for 2-hour time slots and we can allow a maximum of 8 people per gathering until further notice.

Many thanks and look forwards to greeting you soon

Team Italio

Italio takes its inspiration from over 30 years of Italian dining, living and culture. With its roots deep in the Sicilian region of Palermo and a long history of family run Italian restaurants, Italio aims to bring you a true modern Italian dining experience, presenting the traditional rustic vibrancy of Italy within sleek and elegant surroundings. Our Menu has been carefully selected to provide a varied selection of some of the many delights of the Mediterranean. Authenticity is our upmost concern and all of our dishes are traditional family recipes used in our restaurants for many years. Our food is rustic and traditional yet current, something we like to call ‘Contempo Moderna’.

All our ingredients and produce are meticulously sourced from only the finest suppliers in Italy and Britain. We only use suppliers who share the same passion for food and pride in their products as we at Italio do, making sure to deliver the absolute best possible experience to our customers. With the open kitchen and pizzeria, diners are sure to get both a show and a true glimpse of Italian cuisine in its full glory. Diners may also wish to indulge in an Italian cocktail or a drink from our extensive bar serving many premium and luxury brands. All this in stylish and relaxing surroundings.

Most importantly, Italio has been established to bring the friendly, warm ambience of the Italian way of life to you. It’s a cosy and inviting atmosphere that’s accessible and affordable any time of day, whatever the weather or attire. Whether its family or friends, business or pleasure, big or small, we look forward to making your acquaintance.

In order to maintain our high standards and service a maximum table time has been introduced during peak times of 2 hours 15 minutes.
